Bovine tuberculosis: Florid, granulomatous lymphadenitis in a buffalo (wtbflor2)
Note the florid, granulomatous inflammatory reaction that replaced most of the normal tissue. There is no capsule and small numbers of focally disseminated to confluent areas of necrosis occur in portions of the reaction. They can be recognised as the dull, circumscribed, whitish areas in parts of the granulomatous inflammatory reaction
